Business Analyst

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. The company focuses on delivering IT solutions and has a long-term project in the logistics industry. The work environment is international, requiring excellent English language skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis
• Fluent English language skills
• Practical knowledge of key tasks, techniques, and tools of business and system analysis
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Ability to model business processes and create analytical and system documentation
• Experience conducting workshops and interviews with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to translate business and user needs into functional requirements and system solutions
• Strong understanding of the IT solution lifecycle from needs identification through analysis, specification, implementation, and development
• Experience collaborating with development teams, UX, and architects in designing and implementing solutions
• Practical knowledge of modeling and describing processes and requirements (e.g., BPMN, UML, User Stories, Use Cases)
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Practical knowledge of tools supporting analysis and solution design (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar)
• Experience preparing prototypes, mockups, or MVPs supporting validation of concepts and business requirements
• Knowledge of integration and system issues (REST API, data exchange, system architecture)
• Ability to define and monitor metrics supporting evaluation of solution effectiveness
• Basic knowledge of Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or other innovation methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience conducting user research, competitive analysis, or market analysis supporting digital product development

• Responsible for the end-to-end analysis process in cooperation with clients
• Conduct dedicated workshops for clients, including product discovery sessions and digital strategy workshops
• Analyze client requirements to identify business weaknesses, opportunities, and product-market fit
• Support clients in defining strategies and roadmaps for digital products aligning business goals with user needs
• Provide clients with directions for implementing complex IT solutions and validating product ideas through research and experiments
• Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and user research to support product decisions
• Create user stories and functional specifications ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Design and lead prototyping and MVP validation processes to test product hypotheses
• Create mockups of designed solutions and collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine product concepts
• Identify, model, and optimize business processes to increase product scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with the team and Product Owner to develop intuitive, user-friendly software based on a data-driven approach
• Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and impact
