AI Project Manager

Position at one of the world’s largest banks involving AI technology integration projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in technical evaluation and integration of AI technologies, with solid understanding of AI models and their practical applications.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with vendors, procurement teams, and diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and legal considerations related to AI technology integration.
• Exceptional project management skills to drive implementation, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to shape integration and communicate business value.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector is a plus.

• Collaborate with stakeholders such as cyber, legal, hosting committees, model risk and governance forums to ensure compliance with bank policies and processes and obtain necessary approvals for implementation.
• Engage with vendors, procurement, and legal teams to negotiate contracts and commercial terms ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the integration process, with attention to risks related to Generative AI including IP infringement and protection.
• Design and execute communication strategies to disseminate information about AI coding assistant integration and enablement, focusing on the engineering community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and refine the integration process based on real-world insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance technical integration and governance processes, implementing improvements based on feedback and best practices.
