Lean Process Design & Optimisation Manager (HR)

• Minimum 5 years in process/service design or HR operations
• Strong Lean expertise (Black Belt preferred)
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro
• Excellent stakeholder & facilitation skills
• HR transformation or shared services experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, AI/automation is desirable

• Design HR processes using Lean, Agile & Human-Centred Design
• Run workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment with self-service, data, and technology (AI/automation)
• Maintain standards, coach teams, and ensure high-quality documentation (SOPs, RACIs, workflows)
• Support implementation and transition to operations
