Expert Python Engineer with AI/ML skills

GFT Poland is hiring for a role focused on developing flagship AI and ML solutions transforming the Credit and Lending landscape. The position involves working in a dedicated team and collaborating with business stakeholders to shape technical directions in a fast-paced environment.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Python and its ML/AI ecosystem
• Strong experience with LLMs including architectures, fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP with hands-on project experience
• Experience with databases and messaging including PostgreSQL, vector databases, Redis, and Pub/Sub
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, observability, and concurrency
• Experience making architectural decisions and designing scalable systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Commitment to engineering excellence including TDD and BDD practices
• Very good English communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
