DevOps Engineer

• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps with strong knowledge of CI/CD and cloud environments
• Solid understanding of financial services processes and core banking concepts, especially loan workflows
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring/observability tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
• Degree in IT, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan processing systems
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Collaborate closely with developers, Business SMEs, and Product Owners to ensure end-to-end automation
• Monitor systems and improve performance using modern observability tools
• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for smooth loan application and approval processes
• Contribute to Agile practices, continuous improvement, and solution design discussions
