• Fluency in Business English
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar
• Good understanding of reinsurance, preferably with experience managing Pricing and Biometric applications
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SQL, cloud computing, and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge and experience in Product and Project Management including financial and stakeholder management
• Experience with ITIL processes to collaborate with infrastructure, operations, solution, and technical architecture teams
• Ability to run product enhancements or development projects
• Familiarity with analytical and conceptual work regarding complex application operation landscapes and architectures
• Assertiveness, self-organization, and proactive attitude
• Target-orientation and willingness to learn
• Planning, organizational, negotiation, and mediation skills
• Knowledge of software development, product, and project life cycles from various positions (project management, requirements engineering, consulting, etc.)

• Leading IT product management supporting Life and Health business units, focusing on Biometric and Pricing businesses
• Collaborating with Business Product Owners to manage product backlog and develop product roadmap aligned with business strategies
• Managing relationship and cooperation with Application Management Services (AMS) team for product operations and support
• Taking responsibility for change, incident, and release management following IT service standards
• Ensuring timely completion of security, risk, and compliance tasks
• Managing projects and leading small enhancement projects with the product team
• Maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems such as CMDB, Enterprise Architecture Management, and Identity Access Management
• Managing fiscal aspects of the product portfolio including costs, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinating product and project activities with internal and external partners
• Supporting audits and maintaining thorough documentation for smooth operations
