Wymagania

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and handle multiple tasks with confidence.
  • Proven experience in data analysis/root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written, C1 level required).
  • German B2 level is nice to have.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Assertive with effective time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with log data analysis.
  • Experience working with and analyzing files such as JSON and XML.

Obowiązki

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis on customer issues within the IoT domain using various tools and programs.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly within agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate and manage communication with various interface partners on complex topics until resolution.
  • Update and maintain the client knowledge base with ready solutions and process improvements.
  • Assist in identifying similar error patterns and areas for enhancement.
