• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM projects
• Proven track record in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Experience across full project lifecycle (analysis, design, build, rollout)
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
• Solid solution design capabilities aligned with business objectives
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Good knowledge of out-of-the-box features, limitations, and best practices
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and coordinate teams
• English: C1 level

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and manage backlog structure
• Design scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions
• Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
• Guide Product Owners and support backlog management (Epics, Features, User Stories)
• Coordinate functional streams and mentor junior consultants
