Investor Reporting Manager

A high-growth alternative asset manager is hiring an Investor Reporting Manager to own and build out their reporting infrastructure from the ground up. This senior role is within the Risk team and involves close collaboration with Investor Relations, Investment Management, and senior leadership.

• Solid domain knowledge in hedge fund and/or capital markets investor reporting
• Strong grasp of data infrastructure: databases, data flows, and what good (and bad) looks like
• Python proficiency: Pandas, NumPy, and custom scripting
• Outstanding stakeholder management: ability to translate between the quant and the investor-facing world

• Owning the end-to-end production, review, and sign-off of monthly investor and counterparty reports
• Managing and fulfilling bespoke reporting requests: high volume, varied, and often time-sensitive
• Developing reporting frameworks for new products and funds as the business scales
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase capacity
• Analyzing performance data and continuously refining methodologies and processes
