Senior ETL Developer

• Strong hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration (minimum 5 years)
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Python
• Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Practical knowledge of Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks
• Experience incorporating AI tools into software engineering processes
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and principles
• Knowledge of Java
• Experience working in banking, finance, or regulated environments

• Develop and engineer ETL solutions with high standards of reliability and stability
• Design and implement scalable backend and data integration solutions
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, and data consumers to address business needs
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering to production deployment
• Optimize engineering workflows using AI tools to improve efficiency and maintainability
• Support technical leadership initiatives, code quality standards, and engineering best practices

Location in Poland: Warsaw or Gdańsk Hybrid working model - 2 days in the office (from Q3 2026 -> 3 days)
