Senior React Developer

apreel was founded in April 2010 by friends who dreamed of creating their own software house. Over time, the company expanded its services to include IT expert leasing, which now constitutes the main pillar of apreel's business. The company continues to focus on creating and improving proprietary IT solutions.

• Very good knowledge of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, NPM, and CSS
• Experience in creating and maintaining scalable frontend applications and NPM packages
• Very good knowledge of unit and end-to-end testing
• Ability to independently write, maintain, and refactor tests (e.g., Jest, Testing Library, Cypress)
• Proficient branch and commit management (rebase, cherry-pick, revert, squash, changing order and descriptions of commits)
• Good understanding of accessibility principles (Accessibility / a11y)
• Ability to create interfaces compliant with WCAG and awareness of accessibility impact on product quality
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript

Nice to have:

• Experience with WebView, React Native, Capacitor, or similar solutions
• Experience working with AI agents or AI-based tools

• Work with design systems, especially their creation based on standards, advanced styling, and accessibility
• Develop microfrontend architecture
• Handle technical frontend issues beyond classic feature development, such as configurations, architecture, and new technologies
• Deliver generic and platform solutions for frontend teams, including NPM libraries, components within the Banking Design System, generic functionalities, and innovative technical solutions
• Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests
• Ensure consistency and high quality of delivered solutions
• Fix bugs
• Collaborate with other platform teams and designers
• Cooperate with product teams using platform solutions
• Provide substantive support to teams within the broad frontend domain
• Create and maintain documentation
