Core Skills:

• Strong experience in manual and automated software testing, preferably within financial services
• Proficiency in designing test cases for functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments, including participation in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming
• Proficiency with ReadyAPI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins for test automation
• Skilled in defect tracking and triage using Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with STP-related technologies such as MQ, SWIFT messaging, ISO 15022/20022, and middleware validation

Secondary Skills:

• Experience with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines in DevOps environments
• Exposure to performance, scalability, and reliability testing
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent (preferred)

• Participate in feature refinement sessions to ensure testability of requirements
• Define test strategies and prepare detailed test plans for features and epics
• Design and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing
• Conduct performance, scalability, and reliability testing using the STP Test Framework
• Utilize tools such as ReadyAPI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins for test automation and execution
• Manage and triage defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Delivery Owners to ensure delivery readiness
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in the STP Testing Community of Practice
