The Client has a talented IT team of over 1,000 employees focusing on developing their own cutting-edge technologies. Jit Team has partnered with the Client since spring 2021, providing multiple autonomous software development teams designing platform components through micro-services. The project involves delivering software at a massive scale with state-of-the-art technologies and tools.


Wymagania

Must have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as data analyst or data engineer
  • Fluent in SQL, able to write complex queries and optimize them
  • Experience with Python in data processing and analytics
  • Ability to analyze complex customer processes and visualize results in BI tools
  • Expert-level design and interpretation of complex A/B tests
  • Ability to operate as a "Single Thread Owner" for strategic projects, communicating complex technicalities to Director-level stakeholders with clear "so-what" focus
  • Skilled in merging qualitative UX/market research with quantitative datasets

Additional competences:

  • Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery and Python/R for statistical computing and building replicable, version-controlled analytical workflows
  • Practical use of Machine Learning (e.g., boosted decision trees, scikit-learn, pandas) to solve business problems
  • Mastery of Tableau/Looker Studio to build intuitive, high-impact narratives
  • Sufficient knowledge of UX/Design and Backend architecture to act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing GCP budgets and optimizing analytical microservices
  • Knowledge of MarTech or AdTech products

Support the MarAdTech division under the Technology Advertising Director as the strategic analytical engine for brand partners and internal marketing teams.
