MarTech & Web Project Manager (f/m/n)

InPost's Marketing Office manages the company's brand perception through multi-channel communication, strengthening brand competitiveness and developing social media for Business Units. The MarTech & Web Project Manager role involves comprehensive management of digital projects, combining SEO & WEB, Marketing, IT, and Data & AI, impacting millions of users.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and implementing automation
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with AI/LLM tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n or similar)
• Very good knowledge of AI topics (LLM, prompt engineering, RAG)
• Ability to independently implement solutions (low-code / no-code / code)
• Experience with API integrations and digital systems
• Analytical approach and problem-solving orientation
• Higher education (technical or digital/marketing fields)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital areas (SEO, performance, analytics, automation)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python (basics), and BI tools
• Experience in web projects and working with CMS
• Knowledge of marketing AI use cases (personalization, content, SEM)
• Experience in Agile environments and cooperation with IT and suppliers

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements and mapping stakeholder needs
• Designing MarTech and Web solutions (CMS, content platforms, landing pages)
• Planning integrations such as GA4, GTM, CRM, MA, CDP
• Creating backlogs, roadmaps, and MVPs for projects
• Implementing AI and automation solutions, including system and API integrations
• Coordinating internal teams and external partners
• Managing project schedules, scope, and risks
• Conducting tests (including UAT) and optimizing implemented solutions
• Supporting the development of digital competencies and AI culture within the organization
