• Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt within a fast-moving and growing environment
• Can-do attitude
• Attention to detail

Optional:

• Knowledge of German
• Experience with Coupa/SAP systems

• Processing Purchase Requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders
• Onboarding suppliers
• Maintaining good relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting External IT Services category and associated tasks
• Collecting, preparing, and issuing monthly accrual reports, ensuring timely issuance
• Dealing with invoice queries and managing invoice discrepancies (timesheets, additional costs such as travel)
• Suggesting solutions and reporting issues to relevant departments
• Collecting input data required for onboarding of external personnel and coordinating the end-to-end process
• Identifying improvement ideas and activities within procurement to optimize processes
• Maintaining responsibilities in line with company regulations
• Providing support in other procurement-related areas
