Data Delivery Operator (Navigation+)

Nice to have:

• Prior knowledge in Aviation, Flight Operations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an aviation related area.

• Create and manage recurring Navigation database (Nav+) products delivery for all Customers using in-house Skywise Delivery Tools during each AIRAC Cycle.
• Adhere to the set Delivery schedule to provide seamless services to all Skywise Nav+ Customers every AIRAC Cycle.
• Coordinate with Data Production teams during AIRAC Cycle closedown and take over assigned delivery activity functions.
• Perform pre-delivery activities on individual delivery tools and coordinate with different FMS OEMs (GE, Honeywell, CMC, Universal & THALES) to pack the respective FMS Navigation databases for delivery.
• Follow established Delivery procedures, Instructions and improve procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with core teams - Data Production teams and customer experience to review Customer requests to add Tailored database content such as for Airport, Runway and Procedures (SID, STAR & Approaches).
• Coordinate and manage off-Cycle/Ad-hoc/Interim database/s delivery requests.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience team, Production team to provide high level technical response to Customer queries and support requests on various Navigation data topics.
• Attend to every report/support ticket from Customers regarding data quality, coordinate and assign tickets to respective teams for quick resolution.
• Nurture a continuous improvement and learning mentality.

Additional / Cross functional roles:

• Collaborate and take part in the Airport+ Product line delivery, including Airport+ Runway Database (RDB) & Airport+ Airport Mapping Database (AMDB).
