Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Expert to support and enhance SAP Finance processes with a strong focus on Product Costing, Material Ledger, Inventory Valuation, and cross-functional integrations across Supply Chain and Manufacturing. The role involves collaboration with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure system stability, financial data integrity, and continuous process improvement within a global S/4HANA environment.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP FI/CO in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Material Ledger, Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Intercompany processes, and FI
• Experience with SAP integrations across MM, SD, PP, Procurement, Production, EWM, and Demand-to-Pay processes
• Understanding of manufacturing finance and supply chain accounting
• Experience with SAP testing, validation, and Solution Manager (SolMan) is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Agile / SAFe experience is a plus

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems
• Support Material Ledger activities, product costing, and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Reconcile discrepancies between SAP modules and maintain compliance with financial and IT standards
• Provide operational and third-level support for Finance, Shared Services, and Global IT
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements and implement SAP enhancements
• Support system upgrades, testing, validation, and change management activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP S/4HANA Finance environment
• Contribute to Agile / SAFe team delivery and sprint activities
