AI Integration Manager

The role involves facilitating the integration of AI applications into internal tools and workflows by leading project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and requirements definition. Qualifications (Education & Experience):

• 5+ years of project management experience in software/technology, business systems, or internal tools
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and governance skills awareness
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have:

• Process improvement/business analysis experience
• Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, ITIL)

• Facilitate ideation sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to identify workflow opportunities
• Define project milestones, scope boundaries, and success metrics; work with cross-functional teams
• Manage key dependencies across systems and teams; coordinate with internal platform owners and third parties where necessary
• Support governance meetings, project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs
• Facilitate requirements workshops; document clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide status updates and executive summaries; maintain transparent documentation in shared repositories
