gTech Ads provides support and media and technical services for customers across Google's Ad products stack. The team offers services ranging from self-help and in-product support to complex technical and measurement solutions, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve products and client experience globally.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to extract insights from data sets.
  • Experience in translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English and Polish for client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
  • 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google analytics integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments with excellent time-management skills.

Obowiązki

  • Develop an understanding of client needs based on their Marketing Objectives (MOs)/Customer Business Objectives (CBOs) and measurement objectives.
  • Provide optimal measurement strategy and define key performance indicators based on eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies such as Conversion Lift (CL) studies and media mix modeling calibrations.
  • Optimize studies for success ensuring statistical significance on uplift.
  • Partner with Account Executives and media effectiveness rPL (rPSA) to interpret measurement results and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and grow investment.
  • Provide knowledge of measurement platforms (e.g., Ads, GeoX, CL platforms) and apply advanced investigative skills to design measurement studies.
  • Model results and perform return on investment analysis on broader media plans.
  • Analyze attribute lift across channels to inform channel strategy.
