Senior PMO Officer with German | f/m/d

• Fluent spoken and written English and German
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, preferably in IT-related environments
• Ease working in a multinational environment using foreign languages daily
• Experience creating, collating, and delivering accurate and timely program reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, peers, and team members
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge and experience using SharePoint
• Mindset with strong focus on attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Proactive attitude
• PMI, PRINCE, or similar certification

• Supporting Program/Project Managers in tracking the status of program deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; tracking and reporting on progress
• Supporting the timely collation of Steering Committee reporting packs, managing actions, decisions, inputs, and outputs
• Outputting project financial analysis, project status, and other regular or on-demand reports; coordinating the regular project and program reporting cycle
• Understanding financial management processes (SAP, Clarity knowledge)
• Ensuring all projects comply with the corporate PPM governance model and are recorded in appropriate tools and systems
• Cooperating with other departments and international colleagues to support delivery of the priority Group Technology strategic program
• Implementing, coordinating, and improving project governance best practices and communication
• Performing project resource management-related tasks from onboarding to work effort reporting control
• Providing coaching and guidance to project managers and acting as a subject matter expert for PMO best practices, portfolio methods, processes, tools, templates, and standards
