Python Backend Engineer - Automation and AI

T-Mobile Polska is seeking a Python developer to join a team focused on implementing business and operational process automation solutions using proprietary tools, combining automation, robotization, and AI.

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Python developer.
• Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as Django, Celery, and Pandas.
• Comfortable using SQL; knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB is welcome.
• Experience with microservice architecture and cloud solutions including Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab; proficiency with Git.
• Knowledge of AI and Generative AI is welcome.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Ability to communicate freely in English (B2+).
• Additional advantage: knowledge of Java and Spring Boot framework.

• Creating solutions designed to automate business and operational processes.
• Taking care of the development of both yourself and other team members to always be up to date with the latest technologies.
• Visualization and reporting of the progress of work in the area of automation.
• Collecting and implementing requirements from stakeholders.
