T Business - Delivery Project Manager

T-Mobile Polska is hiring for a Delivery Project Manager role focused on managing ICT service and product implementation projects for business clients, including data transmission networks, data center and cloud services, voice services, cybersecurity solutions, modern workplace, and integration services.

• Knowledge and skills in project management covering scope, time, cost, stakeholders, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement using recognized methodologies such as Prince2 or PMI.
• Experience using project management tools aligned with PM methodologies.
• General knowledge of ICT services including data transmission, data center, IT integration, and cybersecurity.
• Creativity in problem-solving.
• Driving license category B.
• Good command of English for communication and document/presentation creation.

Nice to have:

• Certification in project management such as Prince2 or PMI.
• Experience communicating with high-level stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills and ability to reach unconventional project agreements.

• Manage ICT service and product implementation projects for business clients, including data transmission networks, data center and cloud services, voice services, cybersecurity, modern workplace, and integration services.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects depending on size and value.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Decompose projects into tasks, create schedules, delegate assignments, monitor, and settle completed work.
• Collaborate with clients, sales representatives, T-Mobile technical teams, and external suppliers.
• Manage project risks and minimize their negative impact.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress.
• Initiate and independently conduct effective project meetings involving participants at all organizational levels, both internally and with clients.
