Mainframe Application Analyst

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experienced experts, offering developmental projects and a proprietary professional development programme. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, engaging over 200 personnel in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider with a global presence. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with daily English language exposure.

• Deep understanding of mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, IMS.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, impact analysis, and application documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for validating developer changes and test results.
• Ability to document test outcomes comprehensively.
• Experience supporting Application Maintenance teams with production incident resolution.
• Coordination skills with Release Managers for deployment activities.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.

• Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and document the application.
• Validate developer changes and test results with strong analytical skills.
• Document test outcomes comprehensively.
• Support Application Maintenance (AM) teams with production incident resolution.
• Coordinate deployment activities with Release Managers.

Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw. Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office (3 days from Q3 2026).
