Wymagania

  • Experience as Product Owner, Application Owner, Service Owner, or similar role
  • Experience managing enterprise-class business applications
  • Knowledge of application maintenance processes, SLA, incident and change management
  • Ability to collaborate with external suppliers and business teams
  • Experience conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and backlog management
  • Knowledge of business testing processes (UAT)
  • Ability to prepare reports and monitor service quality
  • Very good organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple areas simultaneously
  • Communicative English language skills enabling participation in supplier meetings

Obowiązki

  • Collaborate with business units using Cority and represent business owner in supplier relations
  • Coordinate communication between business, IT, and supplier; agree on priorities, schedules, and change scope
  • Support business requirements analysis, decompose into user stories, verify solution alignment with business expectations
  • Manage change and issue backlog, monitor SLA compliance, coordinate incident, problem, and inquiry handling
  • Oversee supplier service quality, conduct escalations, prepare SLA and support quality reports
  • Organize and coordinate business user acceptance testing (UAT) and approve implemented solutions
  • Collaborate on development work planning, budgeting, and prioritization based on business value and risk
  • Monitor integration correctness, coordinate problem resolution, recommend data quality improvements
  • Control maintenance, development, licensing, and consulting service costs; verify billing compliance with contracts
  • Define and improve support processes, escalation paths, and responsibility division among business, IT, Service Desk, and supplier
  • Create and update operational documentation, user manuals, and support training for users and support teams
