Senior Conversational AI Designer | f/m/d

• Fluency in English (C1) and good language skills in German (B2)
• University degree in Psychology, User Experience Design, Conversation Design, Linguistics, or related field
• Professional experience in conversation design, ideally with a focus on voice and chatbot solutions
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with agile working methods and common UX and mockup tools
• Experience with prompt engineering and large language models
• Strong communication skills
• High level of initiative

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of an additional European language

• Designing and implementing complex voice and chatbot dialogues in dialogue management systems to ensure natural and user-friendly interactions
• Orchestrating and prompting GenAI modules
• Further developing, optimizing, and updating the design system to ensure consistent user experiences
• Supporting and advising international entities in developing new voice assistant solutions or adapting existing ones
• Working closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet market requirements
