• Higher education in IT and practical experience in IT solution architecture
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN notation
• Experience with methodologies for requirements elicitation, structuring, and modeling
• Practical knowledge of integration patterns, SOA architecture, ESB, EAI, and integration technologies
• Understanding of designing and implementing complex, distributed IT systems
• Broad knowledge of commercial databases (SQL Server, Oracle, IBM Db2) and technology platforms (Java, C#) from design and programming perspectives
• Ability to clearly specify and communicate system design concepts
• Good command of English (minimum communicative level in speaking and writing)
• Additional advantages: knowledge of CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect), TOGAF, ITIL, ETL, BI, CRM, data warehouses, and mobile applications
• Independence, analytical thinking, systematic approach, and creative problem-solving skills

• Designing and developing IT solution architectures according to the organization's technology strategy
• Creating and evolving architectural standards, patterns, and principles to support IT environment consistency
• Analyzing architectural requirements and developing concepts for complex business systems
• Designing architectures for distributed, multi-layered, and component-based systems
• Planning data source integration and data environment development
• Estimating the impact of changes on IT architecture and analyzing solution complexity
• Supporting project teams in making key technology decisions
• Creating architectural models and functional and technical documentation
• Collaborating with internal and external suppliers on architectural concept implementation
• Assessing quality and compliance of deliverables from technology partners
• Co-creating technology standards and improving IT architecture team practices
• Collaborating with business units and stakeholders on solution design and development
