AI Redesign Process Consultant (m/f/d)

InPost is a leading e-commerce parcel delivery platform in Europe, operating nearly 60,000 Automated Parcel Machines and 35,000 pick-up drop-off points across nine countries. Founded in 1999, it provides delivery, courier, and fulfillment services to e-commerce merchants, focusing on flexible, convenient, and environmentally friendly parcel delivery solutions.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Documented projects including implementation, not just analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar).
• Practical, day-to-day use of AI tools.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or BPM.
• Knowledge of process mining or data-driven process improvement.
• Exposure to logistics, e-commerce, finance, or customer care.
• Experience in international or cross-functional transformation programs.

Not desired:

• Purely advisory profile without implementation involvement.
• Strictly technical competencies such as programming or data science.
• AI knowledge limited to theory or conferences without practical use.

• Enter specific business areas to observe and understand actual work processes.
• Map end-to-end processes as they truly function.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, manual work, and AI application opportunities.
• Design new processes considering technology, risks, and necessary human involvement.
• Build business cases, launch pilots, measure results, and validate with business and support functions.
• Create playbooks and documentation for scaling processes to additional markets.
• Drive the full cycle from analysis through implementation and change management.
