Test Manager (Warsaw / hybrid)

• 1+ year of experience in Test Management and team leadership
• 5+ years of experience in software testing (web-based, Microservices, Event-driven), including test automation
• Experience owning test strategy and standards
• Knowledge of API and integration testing
• Experience in companies/projects with mature testing processes and SDLC
• Agile awareness
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification
• Experience in creating test strategy
• Experience implementing new testing tools
• Experience with Azure, Power Platform, D365
• Experience with C#

• Lead a small QA team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management
• Lead implementation of new automation testing toolset
• Define and implement the overall test strategy
• Establish and maintain testing standards and processes
• Monitor and report on test progress and metrics
• Manage testing of 3rd-party systems including integration, low-code solutions, and in-house C# code
• Allocate test resources to Agile squads
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Identify testing risks and issues early
• Support defect triage and resolution
