Technical Program Manager

InPost Group is Europe’s leading out-of-home delivery partner operating in more than 15 countries, including Poland, the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. The company designs and produces Automated Parcel Machines (Parcel Lockers) in-house and focuses on providing cost-effective and greener delivery solutions. InPost Group aims to reduce the carbon footprint by up to 75% compared to traditional courier deliveries and pursues an ambitious ESG program. The company delivers more than 600 million parcels annually using over 25,000 lockers, with consistent growth in network and parcel volumes.

• 3–5 years of experience in technology program or project management
• Proven track record of delivering multi-team programs end-to-end
• Strong understanding of software delivery, integrations, and system dependencies
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
• Ability to influence without authority and coordinate competing priorities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Polish

Technical skills:

• Agile, Kanban, Lean methodologies
• JIRA, Confluence, M365
• Basic SQL/PostgreSQL querying
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and security fundamentals (VPN, SSL)
• Familiarity with system architecture and non-functional requirements
• Ability to build delivery plans, risk registers, and initiative roadmaps

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or large-scale platforms
• Experience working with external vendors or third parties
• Certifications such as Agile, PMP, ITIL (or equivalent)
• Background in Engineering Management or Business

• Own and deliver complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through launch
• Build end-to-end program plans including goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively
• Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes
• Define and track program KPIs to ensure delivery drives business value
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews
• Coordinate non-functional requirements such as SLA/SLO, security, and operability
• Systematize AI usage in program execution including scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, and reporting
• Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews
• Communicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership
• Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks
