Marketing Manager, Central and Eastern Europe (Fixed-Term Contract)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of marketing experience across one or more fields such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social.
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Preferred: Experience creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns in B2C or B2B client-facing environments.
• Preferred: Experience managing multi-year initiatives with continuous performance and user experience improvement.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing, consulting, sales, or go-to-market roles.
• Ability to apply problem-solving, analysis, and business judgment to product positioning and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Communicate marketing strategies and campaign results to stakeholders including sales, product, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Develop and execute medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI.
• Create and implement scalable marketing programs and events targeting the CEE region.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating data into actionable insights.
