The project involves developing and maintaining a critical delivery pricing management system on a large e-commerce platform, focusing on high-availability services, backend solutions with Spring Boot, REST and Kafka integrations, data processing with Spark on GCP, and frontend applications for business users to manage configurations.
Wymagania
- Experience in building distributed systems and microservice architecture
- Good knowledge of Java (including Java Memory Model, GC algorithms, multithreading) and Kotlin
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Practical knowledge of data handling and integration (REST, MongoDB, Kafka)
- Product-oriented mindset with ability to balance business needs and technical perfection
- Proactive attitude and ability to work with backlog and project team
- Full responsibility for code from development to production operation
Obowiązki
- Develop and maintain backend services based on Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Ensure high availability of services supporting offer publication and delivery pricing management
- Design and develop distributed systems handling large volumes of traffic and data
- Maintain data consistency via REST API and Kafka event streams
- Monitor and analyze distributed system performance and reliability
- Maintain and develop Spark data processing workflows on Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate on frontend applications for managing pricing configurations
- Participate in business and technology initiatives related to platform development
- Address challenges related to scalability, availability, and system reliability
