The role is part of a team working on a long-term project in banking with a hybrid work model (1 day per week in the Warsaw office).


Wymagania

  • Strong architectural foundations including microservices, DDD, integrations, design patterns, and non-functional aspects.
  • Experience in solution design including HLD, feasibility studies, and flow design.
  • Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integrations, preferably Kafka.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure) and private cloud (Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of application security and system performance.
  • Integration experience and broad system perspective.
  • Ability to read code.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend architectural decisions.
  • Aspiration to Enterprise Architect role (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture management methods.
  • Familiarity with Elastic Search, Kafka, Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Designing and reviewing corporate solution architectures for business needs.

  • Coordinating work of technology teams including analysts, developers, DevOps, architects, and vendors.
  • Identifying technological needs and initiating improvements in performance, security, and reliability.
  • Participating in designing system flows and integrations.
  • Developing architectural standards and documentation.
