IT Analyst | Branża Bankowa

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or system analysis
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams
• Ability to design system solutions
• Experience creating technical and analytical documentation
• Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Independence and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Higher education in IT or economics
• Experience in transformation and integration projects
• Knowledge of banking processes and financial system architecture

• Analyze current state and assess impact of planned changes on existing solutions
• Gather, agree on, and document business and system requirements
• Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, UX/UI designers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
• Design system solutions compliant with business and architectural requirements
• Model business and system processes
• Create and update technical, functional, and analytical documentation
• Participate in software development processes within Scrum teams
• Support testing and deployment of new functionalities
• Identify risks and dependencies related to initiatives
• Promote good analytical practices and actively share knowledge
• Support ensuring high quality of delivered solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, and security
