IT Systems Analyst | Branża Bankowa

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT or Systems Analyst or related role
• Experience in projects involving process digitalization, system integration, and interface development
• Practical knowledge of system and business analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience in process modeling and requirements documentation
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
• Experience working with databases and SQL
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica is a plus)
• Ability to identify dependencies between business processes and IT systems
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking sector
• Knowledge of data warehouses
• Experience as a lead analyst

• Collecting, analyzing, agreeing on, and documenting business and system requirements
• Preparing functional requirement specifications for new and existing systems
• Analyzing existing business processes and recommending improvements
• Developing solution variants to support process and system development
• Participating in designing solutions aligned with organizational architecture
• Modeling business processes and data flows
• Creating and maintaining analytical and project documentation
• Collaborating with developers, architects, testers, and business representatives
• Participating in testing, deployments, and quality maintenance activities
• Conducting analytical workshops and substantive consultations
• Actively sharing knowledge and supporting the team in project initiatives

Work is remote with occasional visits to the client's office in Warsaw, approximately 2 days per month.
