IT Systems Analyst / Coordinator | Branża Bankowa

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system or IT analysis
• Experience coordinating project work or acting as Lead Analyst
• Ability to view solution architecture and project dependencies holistically
• Experience analyzing business and system processes
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience working with databases and SQL
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica is a plus)
• Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Independence, initiative, and decision-making ability
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking or financial sector
• Experience in data warehousing
• Experience leading analytical teams

• Conduct business and system analyses
• Gather, document, and agree on business requirements
• Prepare functional and system documentation
• Coordinate analytical work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with the Team Leader in planning and executing initiatives
• Identify dependencies between projects and business areas
• Analyze the impact of proposed changes on processes and systems
• Organize and lead workshops involving business and IT representatives
• Cooperate with architects, programmers, testers, and product owners
• Participate in testing, deployments, and optimization activities
• Support communication between project teams
• Prepare materials to support project and management decision-making processes

Work is remote with occasional visits to the client's office in Warsaw (2 days per month).
