• Significant experience in business operations, data analytics, program management, and people management.
• Good knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of analytics, business insights generation, and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
• Strong business operations and analytics experience.
• Analytical skills to detect, analyze, and solve work problems.
• Leadership and strategic thinking skills with executive presence.
• Strong understanding of dashboards and scorecards for business review.

• Provide business operations support across Markets/Services, including finance, sales, talent, quality, delivery, and competition insights.
• Deliver Business Intelligence and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and leadership insights.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and operational budgeting aligned with strategic priorities.
• Drive analytics initiatives to enhance business performance and reporting capabilities.
• Deliver leadership insights, reviews, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify innovation opportunities in analytics using modern tools and visualization methods.
• Integrate evolving business needs into ongoing projects with agility.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables.
• Act as an escalation point to manage delivery risks proactively.
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence in service delivery.
• Engage stakeholders across levels to drive collaboration and change.
• Partner with finance and central teams to build strong, value-driven relationships.
