IT System Analyst (Input Management) | f/m/d

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• University degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience working in agile product teams
• Confidence using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for documentation and collaboration
• Knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis; IREB certification is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones
• Willingness to travel occasionally to workshops or other team locations
