Product Manager

For our Client, a product‑based cybersecurity company operating internationally in the area of enterprise security technologies.

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, ideally delivering B2B or enterprise software to market
• Exposure to cybersecurity, IT security, or related enterprise software domains (hands-on experience with security products is a strong advantage)
• Demonstrated ability to own a roadmap end to end, from problem discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption tracking
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to align on priorities and drive execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Evidence of data-informed decision-making, using customer feedback, usage data, and market signals to shape priorities
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Own the product roadmap for 2 security products, balancing near-term delivery commitments with longer-term strategic direction
• Conduct continuous customer and market discovery to validate priorities, surface unmet needs, and sharpen product positioning
• Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear, well-scoped product specifications that engineering teams can execute against
• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive features from definition through to release and adoption
• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather input, validate direction, and communicate roadmap decisions clearly
