Principal Engineer Field – Air Defense Systems – IBCS (M/K)

The recruitment is for a position supporting the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) in Poland.

• Minimum 5 years experience with a bachelor's degree or 8 years experience with GED equivalent
• Fluent English communication skills
• Experience with IPV6 protocol
• Experience with Linux Red Hat and network monitoring software
• Must have or obtain Security+ and Linux+ certifications within 3 months of hire
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for assignments
• Must possess or be eligible for Polish/NATO Secret Security Clearance within 6 months
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license
• Solid software background
• No criminal record

• Basic networking knowledge
• Basic mechanical skills
• Basic electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills

• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to customer specifications
• Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions
• Review field support requirements and recommend tools and test equipment
• Perform maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers
• Review technical handbooks for adequacy
• Analyze technical data related to spares and support equipment provisioning
• Work under direct supervision of US personnel on Polish military bases
• Perform hands-on sustainment tasks on equipment in indoor and outdoor environments

• Must possess or be eligible for Polish/NATO Secret Security Clearance
• Must be able to work in close spaces
• Must have a valid driver's license
