GCP AI Developer

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer building and deploying models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands-on expertise in Vertex AI and related GCP AI services.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
• C1-level English proficiency with effective communication skills for business and technical stakeholders.
• GCP Professional Certification.
• Proficiency in Python, including writing production-grade code such as REST APIs and microservices.

Nice to have:

• More than one GCP Certification.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Architecture certifications in Azure or AWS.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and generative AI solutions using GCP-native services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and serving.
• Ensure solutions meet production standards for scalability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Stay current with GCP AI innovations and emerging industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
