Atlassian Consultant [M/F]

Stackmine is offering a project focused on standardizing and optimizing business processes through effective use of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. The project aims to enhance process transparency, consistent work management, and improved reporting and monitoring across the organization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Experience in business process analysis and designing solutions to support their execution.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and implementation concepts.
• Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Practical experience in designing workflows, project configuration, automation, and permission management.
• Knowledge of product delivery methodologies and models such as Scrum, SAFe, Platform Engineering, and Multi-Release Management.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and process monitoring mechanisms.
• Advanced English language skills.

• Analyze current and target business processes in collaboration with process owners, functional leaders, and implementation teams.
• Gather and define functional and non-functional requirements for Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related add-ons.
• Design and develop work standards and workflows for project and product teams.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, configurations, process mapping to tools, and user guidelines.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend new solutions to support effective collaboration.
• Design templates, boards, Confluence spaces, documentation structures, and onboarding processes.
• Create, develop, and optimize reports, filters, dashboards, and indicators to support process monitoring and decision-making.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, IAM, and platform teams to ensure compliance of proposed solutions with organizational architecture.
