Wymagania
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Additional languages such as French are highly desirable
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional telephone communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT Service Desk or technical support roles
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL framework
- Knowledge of VPN and remote access support
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Basic networking knowledge (including wireless networks)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexible, proactive “can-do” attitude
Obowiązki
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues based on user reports and system analysis
- Log and manage incidents in line with agreed SLAs using ticketing tools
- Escalate complex issues to second-line or specialist teams when required
- Deliver remote support, including VPN access assistance
- Support mobile devices and secure storage solutions (e.g., encrypted USBs)
- Maintain and manage user accounts in restricted and shared environments
- Communicate system alerts and outages to users
- Identify recurring issues and report trends to management
- Create and update technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
