Junior Data Analyst

Our client is the largest express transportation company in the world, connecting more than 220 countries and territories.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written, minimum C1).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis.
• University education or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional numerical and strategic analytical skills with process-oriented thinking.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index, Discount.
• Good communication and presentation skills to clearly communicate complex data findings.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Databricks and Python.

• Analyzing data within the customer migration area to support the company's cross-functional project.
• Data processing and data entry tasks within ServiceNow.
• Coordinating projects and presenting data during meetings.
• Supporting processing migration requests through a dedicated system.
• Applying extensive Excel skills to create reports.
• Identifying areas of improvement within the tool and recommending adjustments.
