SME Lead

• Experience with on-premises and hybrid environments
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management including Active Directory group memberships
• Specialized troubleshooting experience including analysis of various logs
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure
• Experience with Virtual Private Network (VPN) technologies
• Experience with SAML integrations with VPN
• Familiarity with Cisco AnyConnect
• Experience configuring Windows Hello for Business

• Ensure continuous progress, execution, and momentum of the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) project
• Oversee Identity and Access Management operations, focusing on Active Directory group memberships
• Maintain technical stability across mixed On-Premises and Hybrid environments
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through detailed analysis of various logs
• Coordinate tasks and collaborate daily with other technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
