Business / Systems Analyst

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
• Experience in railway transport, including freight or passenger transport, timetable creation, or traffic management
• Experience in business and system requirements analysis and gathering
• Ability to conduct workshops with business and stakeholders
• Experience in business process modeling using BPMN and UML
• Ability to create analytical documentation and requirement specifications
• Experience working on IT projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and interpret business needs
• Experience collaborating with development teams, QA testers, programmers, and architects
• Knowledge of analytical and project tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to define User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of API and system integration concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Independence and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Conducting workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Modeling business processes and identifying areas for optimization
• Creating functional and technical specifications
• Defining requirements for system integrations
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Testers
• Analyzing the impact of planned changes on existing systems and business processes
• Supporting acceptance testing and business acceptance
• Participating in planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies
• Participating in SPIORJ, CSS, and Bilkom projects
