Diagnostyka S.A. is building a dedicated SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) to manage the architecture and development of their SAP S/4HANA system. The role is part of this new structure within a leading company in its industry.

• Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, management, or IT.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience with SAP FI, including practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture (e.g., Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Fiori).
• Specialization in controlling and practical knowledge of CO-PA (Account-based Profitability Analysis).
• Practical knowledge of SAP RE-FX, SAP Group Reporting, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage.
• Full responsibility for processes from business analysis through design to stabilization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to plan system development long-term.
• Proactive attitude, relationship-building skills with stakeholders and users, experience in CoE structures or large implementations/digital transformations.
• Fluent communication in English at B2/C1 level in business and technical environments.

Zarządzanie Obszarem Funkcjonalnym SAP (SAP Functional Area Management):

• Manage the development of financial product families (S/4HANA FI, CO-PA, optionally RE-FX/SAC or Group Reporting) considering business and IT strategy.

End-to-End Solution Ownership:

• Responsible for integrity, architecture, and development of financial and controlling processes within S/4HANA, ensuring a "Clean Core" approach.

Współpraca z Biznesem i Rozwój Narzędzi Raportowania (Requirements Gathering/ Reporting Tools):

• Act as a trusted Business Partner for CFO, Controlling, and Accounting.
• Translate business needs into precise functional specifications.
• Optionally develop tools supporting management reporting and financial consolidation using SAC and Group Reporting.

Projektowanie i Konfiguracja (System Design):

• Design solutions in FI, CO-PA, and optionally RE-FX.
• Collaborate with internal and external consultants and technical teams.
• Oversee system customization and ABAP team work.

Rozwój Kompetencji (User Up-skilling):

• Support SAP technology adoption.
• Build training programs and manage the SAP community within the organization.

Ciągłe Doskonalenie (Continuous Improvement):

• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Monitor SAP ecosystem innovations for organizational value.

Standardy CoE:

• Co-create documentation, testing, and deployment standards within the new Center of Excellence.

Testowanie i Jakość (Testing):

• Oversee full testing processes (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solution stability.

Rozwiązywanie Problemów i Dokumentacja:

• Address functional challenges and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation and user guides.

Work mode is hybrid with 3 days per month in the office in Kraków.
