Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The role involves working with Google's advertising solutions to help businesses grow in a dynamic marketing environment, focusing on sales, online media knowledge, and customer success. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland or Kyiv, Ukraine.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian for client interaction.
- Experience on advertiser, agency, or media owner side (preferred).
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), and understanding of competitor landscape in traditional and digital media advertising (preferred).
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques such as creating dashboards and automating reports (preferred).
- Ability to analyze datasets and distill insights into logical and engaging stories (preferred).
- Ability to coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned project components (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering engaging stories to all audience levels (preferred).
Obowiązki
- Engage key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
- Develop and own analytical modeling for key projects, transforming datasets into insights, delivered through logical and engaging narratives that facilitate high-level business decision-making.
- Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
- Design and deploy experimental designs (A/B testing) and causal inference models to measure incrementality, leveraging measurement science (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, causal impact) to prove Google’s value against customer objectives.
- Distill technical data into engaging presentations for executive and general audiences, pitching tailored, data-driven Google solutions that combine the product knowledge with storytelling to navigate objections, secure investment, and exceed business growth goals.

- Salary range in Poland: 440,000 - 451,000 PLN plus 45% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
