Business Consultant – AI Solutions

• Experience assessing business needs, documenting high-level requirements, and shaping business solutions
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solution concepts and operating models
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their business applications
• Experience building business cases and defining value levers, success measures, and delivery approaches
• Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decision-making and align teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear and structured communication
• Ability to lead day-to-day work within a team, support colleagues, and take ownership of workstream decisions

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering GenAI / Agentic AI initiatives in financial services or regulated environments
• Experience supporting end-to-end transformation from discovery through implementation and adoption
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders to shape priorities, scope, and target operating models

• Identify and prioritize AI and Generative AI use cases across customer, operations, risk, compliance, and support functions in Financial Services
• Lead or support discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with business stakeholders to understand pain points and transformation opportunities
• Define business requirements, success metrics, value levers, and high-level target processes for AI-enabled initiatives
• Build business cases and implementation roadmaps balancing value, feasibility, risk, and regulatory considerations
• Collaborate with technology, architecture, data, legal, risk, and compliance teams to shape solutions for regulated environments
• Work with development and testing teams to clarify requirements, support solution alignment, and validate delivered changes
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and internal thought leadership related to AI in Financial Services
