Diagnostyka S.A. is building a dedicated SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) to manage the architecture and development of their SAP S/4HANA system. The company is a leader in its industry and is advancing its digital maturity by establishing this central expert team.

• Higher education, preferably in IT.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP systems, especially SAP GRC modules (Access/Process Control) and SAP Cloud ALM, preferably within CoE structures.
• Experience with me.sap.com portal for license and incident management.
• Focus on process optimization and internal client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of IT audit, internal control, and security standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholder management ability.
• Proactive with priority management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (B2/C1) in business and technical environments.

Governance & Compliance:

• Create and implement corporate governance policies for the SAP environment aligned with organizational strategy.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits, maintaining required documentation.

Security and Authorizations:

• Oversee SAP system security and manage user access.
• Conduct user access management processes, role reviews, and support role owners.
• Monitor segregation of duties (SoD) and authorization compliance.
• Collaborate with security teams on incident handling and remediation.

Asset and License Management:

• Supervise SAP license compliance and optimize license usage.
• Monitor SAP system availability and continuity.
• Develop reports and dashboards supporting SAP environment management.
• Utilize SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring, change management, and performance control.

Operations and Relations:

• Manage change and release processes in SAP systems, including documentation and approval control.
• Oversee service quality provided by internal teams, external suppliers, and SAP based on KPIs and SLAs.
• Escalate issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Foster effective collaboration between business and IT and manage user expectations regarding SAP solutions.

Work is hybrid with 3 days per month in the Kraków office at ul. Prof. M. Życzkowskiego 18.
