IAM Consultant

Our client is an international financial services institution providing private banking, wealth management, and investment solutions to private and institutional clients. Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experienced experts, offering developmental projects, benefits, and a professional development programme. Jit Team supports charitable and educational activities and has over 15 years of activity.

• Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory
• IT Support / Service Desk experience
• Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
• Understanding of IAM processes and access management principles
• Ability to work accurately within defined procedures, security policies, and SLAs

Nice to have:

• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with IAM / IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Novell IDM)
• Exchange and mailbox administration experience
• Experience executing PowerShell scripts
• Administrative experience with AD, Entra ID, Azure, or Exchange
• German, French, or Italian language skills

• Process IAM-related requests and incidents through JIRA, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs and security policies
• Perform user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
• Manage access requests, entitlement changes, business roles, and mailbox permissions following approved procedures
• Execute Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) activities to support the user lifecycle
• Perform account administration tasks, including password resets and execution of predefined PowerShell scripts
• Support employees with access-related queries and IAM processes
• Ensure compliance with access governance policies, audit requirements, and internal controls
• Maintain accurate documentation of IAM activities and operational procedures

Candidate location does not matter. Fully remote; flexible working hours possible including availability outside standard business hours. Engagement 60-80%. Project until 31.12.2026.
